In 2004, Matt Einheber started Vista Abstract, a title insurance agency managing commercial and residential real estate transactions in the Mid-Atlantic region. Vista has since closed over 10,000 transactions. In 2017, the company has re-branded itself Transfer, to reflect its value as experts in real estate acquisitions and transactions including data intelligence. Matt has been an active real estate investor in Philadelphia since 2005, having bought, developed and sold residential, multi-family and mixed-use properties.
