Founder and CEO of ServiceSold.com, Mike Dennis is a 30 year real estate investor, trainer and consultant. He became Ohio’s youngest real estate instructor ever at the age of 23. He also has worked as real estate television and radio talk show host and as a trainer for many Ohio real estate investing clubs.

Temple View Capital, is a private investment company created, in response to a restrictive credit market environment, to provide non-traditional, alternative loan products to real estate investors. Temple View Capital utilizes long-term partnerships with real estate investors, borrowers, servicers and real estate professionals to develop optimal financing solutions.

Martin started in the title business when he was just 15 years old retrieving documents and doing title examinations. He graduated Miami University in Oxford Ohio in 1988 and University of Toledo School of Law with a JD and University of Toledo School of Business with an MBA in 1992. Since beginning his career over 30 years ago, Martin has held virtually every position within a title agency including attorney, underwriter, escrow officer, title officer, examiner & searcher, filing clerk and closer. Helping to guide buyers, sellers, realtors, and lenders through a successful and timely closing is Martin’s specialty. He is a licensed title agent in Ohio and Kentucky and a member of the Ohio Bar and both the Northern and Southern District of Ohio Courts.

Paula manages Omega's Title Department, where she oversees the teams responsible for creating Omega's title insurance products. Paula specializes in resolving complex title curative issues which can otherwise prevent closings. She is a licensed Title Agent in the State of Ohio.
