Martin is an Escrow Manager at Omega where he oversees several different escrow teams of officers and assistants. Martin joined Omega in 2006 as an Escrow Officer and recently became an Escrow Manager in 2015. He is a licensed Title Agent in the State of Ohio. Martin has over 14 years in the title and escrow industry. He is familiar with all types of real estate transactions, including REO, commercial, residential, reverse mortgage, short sale, and land contract conversion. Martin has handled transactions in 8 different states (OH, KY, FL, WV, MI, PA, SC, GA). He has been a Notary Public for Summit County since 2003 and has conducted hundreds of signings.
