Founder and CEO of ServiceSold.com, Mike Dennis is a 30 year real estate investor, trainer and consultant. He became Ohio’s youngest real estate instructor ever at the age of 23. He also has worked as real estate television and radio talk show host and as a trainer for many Ohio real estate investing clubs.

Temple View Capital, is a private investment company created, in response to a restrictive credit market environment, to provide non-traditional, alternative loan products to real estate investors. Temple View Capital utilizes long-term partnerships with real estate investors, borrowers, servicers and real estate professionals to develop optimal financing solutions.

Mr. Hersh has practiced in the areas of real estate litigation, residential and commercial transactions and foreclosures, creditors’ rights, and bankruptcy for over 25 years. He is admitted to practice before the state courts of Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Pennsylvania and Ohio, as well as the United States District Courts for Kentucky, Indiana and the Southern District of Ohio. Mr. Hersh is a member of the Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky and Pennsylvania State Bar Associations. He is the current Chair of the Ohio Land Title Association’s Government Affairs Committee. He is a past Chair of the Cincinnati Bar Association’s Real Estate Committee, having spent 6 years in leadership roles on the Committee. Mr. Hersh is also a title agent in Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio, Pennsylvania and New York. Mr. Hersh belongs to the American Land Title Association, Indiana Land Title Association, Kentucky Land Title Association, Ohio Land Title Association, Pennsylvania Land Title Association and the New York State Land Title Association. He is a frequent seminar presenter on various real estate topics for young lawyers, general practitioners and more specialized groups of attorneys and real estate professionals. Mr. Hersh obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Kenyon College and his law degree from the University of Cincinnati, College of Law.
