Start the new year with a more convenient bank-owned auction schedule. Beginning January 22, 2018, our online bank-owned auctions will be held once per week, instead of twice per week.*

We implemented this change to help investors save time and consolidate their efforts. Now, you only need to be available one day per week to access all of the available bank-owned properties in your state. Below is the new state-by-state schedule, organized by the days of the week.

*The schedule change only affects our main auction. It does not affect the BYOB Events, Aged Events or Live Qualifying Events.
