Ed has 21 years of experience as a corporate manager of default servicing and REO administration with ContiMortgage, ING Direct and Freddie Mac. During that time, Ed achieved extensive expertise in loan servicing, default management and the liquidation of non-performing real estate assets. Ed has been a licensed real estate agent & broker since 2004.

Primary areas of practice include real estate, business litigation, zoning and land use, commercial finance and loan workouts, condominium law, business formations, contract law, leasing and sports law. He regularly serves as outside general counsel to a wide range of companies and individuals, including real estate developers, commercial lenders, small business owners and professional athletes and agents. Mr. Phillips is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

We focus on hard money lending for investors looking to buy, fix up, and sell residential properties in New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania, but can fund in nearly every state. We loan up to 90% of the purchase price of an investment property, and up to 100% of the construction.
