We focus on hard money lending for investors looking to buy, fix up, and sell residential properties in New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania, but can fund in nearly every state. We loan up to 90% of the purchase price of an investment property, and up to 100% of the construction.

Primary areas of practice include real estate, business litigation, zoning and land use, commercial finance and loan workouts, condominium law, business formations, contract law, leasing and sports law. He regularly serves as outside general counsel to a wide range of companies and individuals, including real estate developers, commercial lenders, small business owners and professional athletes and agents. Mr. Phillips is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

In 2004, Matt started Vista Abstract, a title insurance agency managing commercial and residential real estate transactions in the Mid-Atlantic region. Vista has since closed over 10,000 transactions. In 2017, the company has rebranded itself Transfer, to reflect its value as experts in real estate acquisitions and transactions including data intelligence. Matt has been an active real estate investor in Philadelphia since 2005, having bought, developed and sold residential, multi-family and mixed-use properties.
