Nancy Vallone, the former President and CEO of The Judicial Sales Corporation (TJSC) has over 40 years of Real Estate experience as it pertains to Mortgage Foreclosures in Illinois. During her 27 years at TJSC Nancy was instrumental in building relationships with attorneys representing lenders while assisting daily investors attending foreclosure sales. Prior to joining The Judicial Sales Corporation in 1993 Nancy conducted over 20,000 mortgage foreclosures sales as a Special Commissioner for the United States District Court, Northern District of Illinois, Eastern Division. Nancy also spent 13 years at one of the top real estate foreclosure firms in the Chicagoland area overseeing their daily operations. Nancy continues to stay relevant in the mortgage foreclosure industry attending speaking engagements and sharing her many experiences in this field, all while enjoying retirement.

Vanessa Seiler practices in the areas of mortgage foreclosure, collections and real estate law. Her experience includes practicing as a creditor's attorney in both mortgage foreclosures and collections. Additionally, Vanessa represents real estate purchasers at judicial or sheriff sales. Prior to joining the firm, she was an attorney at several prominent law firms focusing on all aspects of lender/creditor representation, including but not limited to, real estate tax deed petitions, replevins, forcible entry and detainer actions, collection and bankruptcy. She excels in representing lenders in court and was honored by the former Chief Judge Dorothy Kinnaird, of the Chancery Division of Cook County, to be a member of the Cook County Mortgage Foreclosure Task Force, which helps determine the court system's handling of mortgage foreclosure cases.

Sandra Franco-Aguilera represents financial institutions in secured transactions, collections, bankruptcy, commercial foreclosures, negotiating and drafting contracts, including promissory notes, mortgages, security agreements, purchase and sale and workout agreements, and enforcing leasehold rights in personal and real property. She also represents business entities and individuals in real estate transactions and the forming and maintaining the legal existence of corporations and limited liability companies. Additionally, Sandra is a volunteer attorney with Minority Legal Education Resources, Inc. where she tutors and prepares prospective attorneys for the Illinois Bar Exam. Sandra is fluent in Spanish.
