He is familiar with all types of real estate transactions, including REO, commercial, residential, reverse mortgage, short sale, and land contract conversion. Martin has handled transactions in 8 different states (OH, KY, FL, WV, MI, PA, SC, GA). He has been a Notary Public for Summit County since 2003 and has conducted hundreds of signings.
