Ashley Smith currently serves as an Auction Manager for Auction.com and has served in this role for three years now. Ashley manages live auctions for Tennessee, but quickly steps up when called to duty throughout the Southeastern region. With her extensive customer service experience, her southern charm, and captivating smile she creates a positive experience for the customers and exemplifies the company while real estate networking. Her attention to detail while closely following corporate policies and procedures made her the ideal candidate when it was time for Auction.com to add to their bidder services team. Ashley lives in a close-knit community where she is a pillar of integrity, she serves on the board of directors for the Adamsville City Planning Commission and volunteers extensively for the school system. When she is not busy amplifying the company image or corroborating local resources you will find Ashley, her veteran husband, 2 sons and their English mastiff enjoying life at the lake and looking for their next adventure.

Kara Melton began her career within the property management field, gaining unparalleled experience in sales, marketing, communication and humoring large diversified crowds. Her career path has provided the ability to establish herself as a respected community influencer while being a member of various industry and professional women’s groups. Having worked as part of Auction.com's auction support team for over 4 years, Kara can be readily relied on for her auction knowledge, leadership and customer centric expertise. She volunteers her time off in Tennessee to assisting other states, such as Mississippi and Georgia, with their auction needs. Kara has a degree in Business Administration and is currently pursuing a second degree in Clinical Psychology. In her spare time, she enjoys performing research for BMI, maintaining an antique business with her veteran SO and nervously keeping up with what crazy activity her son is doing today while stationed in Alaska.
